Being the largest manufacturer of films for holograms, GFPL is supported by a state of the art infrastructure in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. .

Our production facility has technologically advanced machinery and is backed up by highly skilled manpower. We have a high-end semi automated 1500 mm width (60 inch) coating machine boasting a capacity of 40,000 mtrs per shift, which accommodates the tailor-made and generic needs of every customer.

Also present are four Slitting Machines and a Rotogravure Machine, which is a high-end semi automated 750 mm width (30 inch) printing and lamination machine having a capacity of 30,000 meters per shift.

GFPL’s production facility has Air Handling and Ventilation unit to render maximum dust and pollution free conditions. These air-handling units control the airflow from the outside to the heavy machinery premises via air ducts. A Control Temperature Regulation Unit ensures optimum temperature in the production facility.

This production facility has been specifically designed keeping in mind the stringent quality control requirements and it can handle bulk requirements. This helps in maintaining an effective and time bound delivery.
